Priceless Memories

Q: Why would we pack 5 stacks of of our grungiest clothes, 3 crates of food; forsake internet access; check Shadow into a pet hotel; and drive 250+ miles over 7 highways?

A: To spend FIVE glorious days camping in the Sequoias with our dear friends, the Schneiders.

The days flew by too quickly. Alas, it was time to head back to civilization.

Spent yet refreshed, we returned to:
A furry kiss, wet nose and wagging tail welcome
Home sweet home
Loads and loads of laundry
Semi-empty fridge
138 emails in my inbox
and....
