Sparkly Girl

Last week at gymnastics class, Elizabeth fell and hurt her thumb. X-rays revealed that she had a fracture. The pronouncement: three weeks in a cast.

At the Ortho doctor's office, she was given a choice of colors for her cast. Our little artist chose a red one for Christmas.

When we got home we decided to make her cast even more Christmasy. We glued on rhinestones to form the letter "E". This has made wearing it a little more bearable. ;-)

Thankfully, the cast comes off just before Christmas.
