She's a Poet

Elizabeth has been writing poetry lately. Here are two recent compositions.

Joe the Ostrich

An ostrich named Joe,
Never wanted to hoe.
Joe decided to make
A raspberry cake;
While in the oven to bake,
Joe went out to rake.
When gardening was done,
Eating the cake was fun!
