Our Yearbook Page

Our homeschool group is putting together our annual yearbook. Here's a sneak peek at our family page:



It's been a year since I did a digital scrapbook page from scratch. I had forgotten how much work it is, as well as how much fun it can be.

The cool thing about digital is the ability to customize elements. I used different components from two digi kits from Two Peas. The bird was originally red, but I turned it brown with shades of green. I pieced together the notebook paper and layered them under the photo so it looks like one strip. The staples were attached to a ribbon I didn't want, so I just erased the ribbon.

It was so much fun that I'm tempted to do more digital scrapping, but I'm not quite ready to completely give up my papers and glue. :-)
