The Day of Hearts

Valentine's Day is just around the corner.


The kids have been busy making Valentines.


They've also been making goodies for the nursing home.

I got into the spirit of things and created a handful of Valentines.

Over the next few days we'll celebrate the Day of Hearts.

PB& J sandwiches for the kids will be heart-shaped. :-)

I will skip the chocolates this year and save them for my Body for Life "free day." Tomorrow marks 6 weeks on BFL!

We will visit our favorite nursing home to pass out valentines to our elderly friends.

We'll dust off our favorite Valentine video: Be My Valentine, Charlie Brown. Will Charlie Brown win the heart of the little red-haired girl?

We will giggle over our favorite book: A Village Full of Valentines.

We will thank the Lord for His ultimate gift of love: A Heavenly Valentine.
