While we waited for everyone to show up, I noticed the morning light was soft and easy. Good conditions for a photo shoot. Sometimes the kids see me with a camera and run the other way. Not this day. The wafting bakery smells cast them in a pleasant mood.
We entered into the bakery for our tour. The friendly owner explained that his bakery used only the highest quality ingredients, no artificials and no preservatives. Cool. Our kind of bakery. 
Check out the size of the mixers. My Kitchenaid would tremble in fear. 
...especially with one of these dough hooks on.
