No Daughter Like You
He set the sparkling sun in your eyes,
And gave you curiosity to ask the whys;
Granted you a heart overflowing with love,
And the desire to worship our Lord above;
He colored your hair as dark as a storm,
But gentle and sweet your personality He formed;
How we praise our Creator for all He has done,
For there is no daughter like you, Elizabeth,
Not even one.
